Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of building, renovation, and NDIS home modification services (“Services”) by Majestic Building & Design Group (“we,” “us,” “our”) to you (“Client,” “you”).

By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide building, renovation, and home modification services within Victoria, including but not limited to new home construction, residential renovations, commercial fit-outs, and NDIS home modifications.

2. Quotations and Payment

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if scope changes occur.
  • A deposit may be required before work commences. Payment terms will be outlined in the contract.
  • Final payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may incur interest or fees as outlined in your contract.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate project details and access to the site as needed.
  • You must obtain all necessary approvals, permits, or consents unless we have agreed to manage this on your behalf.
  • You are responsible for providing timely decisions to avoid project delays.

4. Changes and Variations

  • Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.
  • Variations may impact project timelines and costs.

5. Warranties and Liability

  • We warrant that work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
  • Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Victorian law and the terms of your contract.
  • We are not liable for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, supply chain issues).

6. Insurance and Safety

  • We hold the necessary insurance as required by law.
  • Safety protocols will be followed on all sites in compliance with relevant legislation.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement in writing subject to conditions outlined in your contract.
  • Payment for work completed up to termination remains payable.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
